Customer Reviews
Good value with welcome offer
I was looking for a gift and found BunnyLulu. Used the welcome offer for 10% off my first order, which made the handmade plush bunny keychain a really good deal. Shipping was free because my order was over 50. Felt like I got good value for the price, especially for a handmade item.
Nice product, shipping could be faster
I bought a handmade plush bunny keychain. The product itself is really well-made and super soft, exactly as advertised. It came in a customized tin box, which was a lovely presentation for a gift. My only slight complaint was the shipping time; it took about 8 days to reach me after placing the order, which felt a bit long, but still within the typical range. Customer service didn't need to be contacted, so can't comment there. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and the unique packaging, just wish the delivery was a tad quicker.
Soft plush, quick shipping
Ordered a bunny plush toy. It was very soft. Shipping was fast. Came in a nice box. No issues.
Keychain and toy arrived well
Ordered a handmade plush bunny keychain and a larger bunny plush toy. The ordering process on the website was smooth, no glitches. Delivery took about 7 days to get to me in California, which was fine. Both items came in a customized tin box gift set, which was a nice touch for presentation. The plushies are super soft, just as described. The stitching on the keychain was solid, no loose threads. The tin box was a bit dented on one corner, but the contents were perfectly fine. Overall, a good experience, and the quality of the plushies is high.
Cute little bunny!
Got one of those mini bunny plushies from BunnyLulu and it's so cute! I just wanted a little something for my desk. The website was easy to use, and it came pretty quick, like within a week. It even came in a neat little tin box, which I didn't really expect. My friend saw it and asked where I got it, so yeah, happy with it.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
do the gift boxes come discreetly or is it super obvious what it is on the outside?
What's the return process like if I need to send one back? is it a pain?
is there like a first-time buyer discount code or something when you sign up for emails?
Are these okay for a baby's nursery? Like, are they super soft and no weird small parts?
Thinking about getting a few for gifts. Is there any kind of 'buy more save more' deal or anything like that?
